Fantasia Floreale - Exhibit III

My third art exhibit was held at gallery Flæði - a non profit art space, aiming for inclusivity and visibility for independent artists. This time, I changed things up again opting to do digital pieces instead of canvas paintings. I want to keep this series running and add more plant species to it! The concept of these works is florals inspired by fantasy or vintage patterns. They range from familiar, collectible houseplants to more otherworldly creations. Each has a medieval inspired frame full of swirls and tiny art nouveau-esque details. It is also a nod to my love of Florence, the Renaissance art city of Italy.
